Step 1: Start by downloading IPTV Smarters app from the Google Play Store or download it from :
https://www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk
Step 2 : Login to the application with your subscription details ( Get details from your service provider)
Step 3: In this step, in the first box, select name you want for example "IPTVPortugal.tv". On the second and third box, enter the "Username" and the "Password" of your M3U line and the server URL which can also be found on your M3U line.
For Example this is your m3u link:
http://line.ottcst.org:80/get.php?username=011111110&password=022222220&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts
Your Username is: 011111110
Your Password is: 022222220

Step 4: Click on "ADD USER" end enjoy to our services :)
